Chores

Evan's Opa & Abuela got Evan a chore chart that has Velcro stars and assigned chores (you can trade out the chores as you wish) and a prize you get at the end of the week.

Last night was the end to Evan's first full week, he picked to have a movie night. He chose his movie and we had dinner and popcorn at the 'movies'. He was so good at pretending he was at the movies he made us watch the movie in the dark and kept telling us to 'SHHHH'.

Every day last week Evan was eager, excited, and proud to do his 5 chores for the day:

1. Make my bed
2. Share with others
3. Eat my vegetables
4. Pick up my mess
5. Brush my teeth

Evan even begged for vegetables!!! This week we switched out a few chores to see how well this works and he picked to have an icecream party if he reaches his goal in stars, I hope he does I want icecream:

1. Make my bed
2. Eat my vegetables
3. Stay seated while eating
4. Pick up my mess
5. Listen to others

If you ask him his chores he can recite them back to you....BRILLIANT. Thank you Opa & Abuela we all LOVE this chart!
