Family Reunion- Wisconsin

Last week we were all on Summer break, no school for Evan, no work for mommy or daddy. The week was do or die potty training, no pull ups just underwear and we went about our routine (we didn't hold up in the house as was the advice in all of the books). We went to an amusement park, grocery shopping, on a plane to Wisconsin, and spent 4 days in Eagle River at our family reunion. Most people would think we were nuts, but I didn't see a big difference in changing underwear/pants for an accident as I saw changing pull ups. We packed several pants/underwear/plastic bags and a lot of patience and went for it.




...Evan is now mostly potty trained. He pees 100% in the potty but not #2 yet. That is a 1 time a day event in the morning so it is not too awful....we will get there. He stays dry at night and at nap times. At the beginning of the week he would rather hold it than go in a public restroom with lots of people and noises, we tried to use private restrooms/family restrooms when possible. Now he seems to be over that fear as well.




He is a super star!
